Why you need a maintenance plan?
Regular maintenance is essential for the well-being of any HVAC system, and it is the best way to avoid breakdowns and high repair costs and to ensure that your system is operating at peak performance with lower utility bill. Air conditioners, heat pumps and furnaces that are not properly maintained usually have a shorter lifespan because the longer these systems go without maintenance, the less efficient they become. Most repair calls and HVAC breakdowns could be avoided if your system is well maintained on a regular basis.
At Aire Tech we offer affordable plans as low as $299 a year with a minimum of 2 service visits and priority service all year long.

Plan Includes:
- Clean or replace the HVAC's system air filters
- Clear clogs and clean drain lines to ensure proper flow
- Clean evaporator coils and condensers
- Check the refrigerant charge and for any possible leaks
- Inspect ducts for dust, mold, or debris
- Check combustion
- Inspect the humidification system
- Check vent piping
- Check & adjust thermostat
- Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
- Inspect and clean condenser
- Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
- Inspect compressor at startup
